If you need a document authenticated for international use, in Ottawa, but you are not physically in Ottawa, we can receive your original documents, certify them, have them authenticated at Service Ontario for you, and returned to you or delivered to an Embassy… so save yourself a trip and call us.
For out of province real estate transactions, please connect us with the lawyer or agent who is preparing the real estate documentation in advance of booking your appointment.
We are located at 280 Metcalfe Street at Gilmour, second floor, Suite 200 (these are the glass doors you will see when you get off the elevator). It’s the same building as Colonnade Pizza. There is limited free parking on Metcalfe south of Gilmour (strictly between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm only), otherwise, lots of street meter parking or paid lots.
We take payment by cash, e-transfer, debit and credit.
